PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)

PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma, that is, platelet-rich plasma. The blood of the person to be treated with PRP is taken in a sterile environment and is applied in a special centrifuge device at high speed and for a certain period of time. Thus, the platelet-rich part of the blood is separated at the top of the tube. It is then injected into the area to be applied by our specialist doctors. PRP application is performed for various reasons such as accelerating healing, reducing inflammation, calcification, skin rejuvenation, hair health and accelerating soft tissue healing. PRP application is also applied as more than one session depending on the treatment to be performed. Session intervals are usually 2 weeks.
